26 November 2025, Tianmen — The Tianmen Overseas Networking Event brought together global Tianmen business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry partners to explore emerging cooperation opportunities between Tianmen and Cambodia, particularly in the garment, fast fashion, e-commerce, food processing, and emerging manufacturing sectors.

Speaking at the event, H.E. Chea Kok Hong, Secretariat Director of Cambodia Coastal Master Plan noted that: “Tianmen’s active manufacturing base aligns well with Cambodia’s growing position as a regional production hub. Tianmen people have always been known for their entrepreneurship and adaptability. By linking Tianmen’s supply chains with Cambodia’s cost advantages and market access under RCEP and the CCFTA, we can create a truly win–win model for both sides,” 

Over the past year, cooperation between Tianmen and Cambodia has accelerated. A joint venture to establish a livestreaming and cross-border e-commerce center is already underway — leveraging Tianmen’s strengths in fast-fashion design, e-commerce operations, and agile production with Cambodia’s competitive labor and expanding SEZ infrastructure. 

This forms a scalable model of “Design in Tianmen, Produce in Cambodia, Sell to ASEAN,” opening new avenues for light manufacturing, digital trade, and regional branding.

H.E. Chea Kok Hong introduced the Cambodia Coastal Master Plan as a framework that coordinates land use, infrastructure, policy support, and investor services to ensure industrial growth is backed by strong connectivity and institutional readiness. Complementing this framework, the Government is developing the Integrated Industrial Initiative (III Program) to accelerate industrial upgrading and support relocating factories from regional production hubs. Together, these government-led programs streamline customs, logistics, and one-stop services, while promoting skilled workforce development and industrial ecosystem building.
